Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and another email with a tracking number once it ships.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the carrier, customs clearance and local conditions. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Costs

Any shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number by email. Tracking information may take 2–5 days to update after shipment.

International Orders and Customs

We ship to many countries. Customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of shipment, please contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
